What are some advantages to eating healthy? Studies show we're less active during leisure time. One (1) advantage is we have a more active lifestyle. Remember to get outside, and execute your plan-of-action. These activities do not have to be outside. The idea is to be actively engaged in activities to build your family relationships. You may choose to go on an adventure walk through the park, go fishing or camping, plant a garden, or milk a cow. Yeah, you might not choose to milk the cow, but provide meaningful activities the whole family will like. Drop by a local apple orchid, or pumpkin patch, etc. Stay active!
