Service. Family service projects are huge 'eye openers.' Leadership and opportunities are gained. The experience of actually practicing skills are invaluable to real-world-projects!

What are some advantages of service?

1) TRAINING - vision, goals, and skills are established.

2) DEFINE ROLLS - brainstorm, and meet together to discuss the project(s).

3) THE SERVICE - understand what the service project is and complete the service project.

4) ACCOUNTABILITY - complete a follow up report and provide an evaluation, making sure everyone involved understands the service project.
