The Solution
[ "User-Tested" ]
(*Responsive Mobile apps for usage on smartphones and/or tablets, in the packaging industry that saves time and money.)
- Application displays responsible events or times to change products (i.e. adhesive, cardboard, etc.).
- Application displays responsive charts for invaluable information such as adhesive used and saved or how much cardboard used or saved. (*Note, responsive charts were used to display multiple uses for end goal of saving time and money for the entire company.)
- Application displays when to change settings on meltor machines and other settings for belt speed, adhesive speed, check adhesive amount applied, stop runs etc.
- Application displays heavy data or large amounts of data when supervisors or managers could use (smartphones or tablets) while walking in the plant. This replaced manually recording data and thus saved human errors.
- Application displays scheduling section for workers, meetings, shift changes, product changes, etc.
*Note, below is an example of responsive data charts on an iPad. Managers in Kellogg's, Nabisco and Pampers may use a tablet or smartphone to view data.
Note the actual apps
can't be shown (Proprietary Apps). It is proprietary (owned by these 3 companies).
